Robin Coalson grew up in Ohio where she was awarded scholarships to study at the Columbus College of Art & Design. She graduated with a BFA in advertising design & illustration. Robin's love for mural painting began during her years in South Dakota where she helped paint backdrops and scenery for a local school's yearly dinner theatre production. The ability to turn an ordinary gymnasium into another world was completely addicting. People began asking if Robin could artistically transform their homes into wonderful environments, and over the years, her clientel grew. Robin currently lives in Colorado Springs, Co with her biggest supporter & best friend, her husband Mike. When she's not painting murals or working in her studio, Robin can most likely be found splashing in the clear mountain streams not far from her home.
Robin would like to send out a sincere THANK YOU to all of the wonderful people who have given her the opportunity to paint in their homes, businesses, or on their buildings. It's a blessed life to be able to make a living doing what one loves to do.
